Selecting a motorhome internet system can be a tricky business, with multiple systems to choose from, many different providers for the connection itself and an array of jargon to wade through.
This page should hopefully dispel any issues you have with buying a motorhome internet system.
Motorhome Internet can be obtained in a few means, satellite dish / dongle / cellular. The latter two are discussed on other pages on our site, we will concentrate on the motorhome satellite internet systems on this guide.
There are three main motorhome internet systems available as follows:-
The Oyster Internet system has been around probably the longest out of the three systems we mention here. The Oyster Internet has a 3 Year Pan European Warranty which might be a consideration if you are intending to spend a majority of time travelling within Europe.
The Oyster internet system also has Autoskew which comes into its own if travelling East or West on the continent allowing fast, easy LNB Skewing without necessitating manual intervention.

The Teleco motorhome internet system has the advantage of being able to watch the TV (Astra 2) and use the internet at the same time, it also has the advantage of having a twin LNB Option available should you wish to be able to record one TV Channel whilst watching another or have two TVs within your vehicle displaying different channels at the same time.

The Crystop Motorhome Internet system has the flexibility albeit at a cost of doing both Autoskew capabilities and being able to watch TV and use the internet at the same time. This facility comes at an increased costing.

Once you have selected the motorhome satellite internet system then you can decide on a provider for the mobile satellite broadband connection. The three main players in the UK are as follows:-
1. SatelliteInternet.co.uk – This company used to be known as BeyondDSL but rebranded for their target industry. They are a UK ISP based in London. They provide a variety of packages as follows (Correct as of July 2015) :-
